Product Warranty:
All monitor products produced by Homlan will enjoy three-year warranty service from the date of purchase! The maintenance fee will be free during the first year of warranty (except for man-made damage and natural disasters). The replacement parts fee (except PANEL) will be waived for the second to third years, subject to maintenance and repair. During the warranty period, the warranty service will be provided by the authorized dealers of the company.
The material cost or repair is not free for the following exceptions:
- The contents of the warranty card do not match the product.
- Damage caused by unauthorized removal, addition or modification of parts not approved by the company.
- Damage caused by natural waste, wear and tear, and irresistible natural disasters.
- Incorrect or improper use according to the manual or manual.
